My journey began with a foundation in structural efficiency and large-scale operations, combined with three years of academic study in architecture and urban planning. I realized that too many urban neighborhoods—especially in growing cities like Fort Worth—were being overlooked, leaving behind vacant lots and missed opportunities for sustainable growth. I started Afpac Holdings to bridge the gap between abstract planning and real-world construction. My focus on sustainable, small-scale multi-family developments was born from a realization: we don’t need to just build 'more' housing; we need to build 'better' housing. By focusing on quad-plexes and infill development, we can revitalize urban cores while minimizing our environmental footprint.
